Can I audition for multiple parts?

Yes! You’re welcome to audition for as many parts as you’d like. Just make sure to fill out the form every time you do.

Can I submit multiple takes for one character?

You can submit multiple versions for one character, but please either edit all reads into one video or submit a folder with all the auditions video/audio files in it and share that link with us. It’ll help keep things more organized on our end.

Do I need to use the animatic timing?

We encourage you to use our animatic, but feel free to submit audio only or to do a take that puts your own spin on things.

Is there an age requirement?

No, but if you’re under the age of 18 you must have your parents permission.

Can I audition for a part that’s a different gender than mine?

Of course! Voices are genderless. Bart Simpson is voiced by a woman, and Auntie Whispers, from Over the Garden Wall, is voiced by a man. The important thing is how you sound, not what you look like.

I have a unique accent, can I still audition for any part?

Of course!

I’ve never voice acted before, can I still audition?

Yes

Do I need to be on camera?

No, you can submit an audio only recording.

Do I need to live in the United States to audition?

No, we’re accepting auditions from anywhere in the world.

Where do I go to officially submit an audition?

IE: Google Drive, DropBox, etc. Just make sure it's available to view. Do I have to upload a video to TikTok/Instagram?

No, you don't need to upload a video to Instagram/TikTok, you just need to upload one to the official form. This can be an audio or video file.

Can I just post a video on TikTok/Instagram or do I need to officially submit?

You need to officially submit a form to be considered for the role.

Can I submit an audio only audition?

Yes.

What is the deadline?

December 31st, 2024

I saw an ad/post on Backstage, but applications on your website are closed. Can I still audition?

Currently we are only accepting auditions through the websites, backstage.com and castingcall.club. Our public open auditions (via our website) are closed.

Will you publicly announce who gets cast?

Yes

Will we be getting a rejection email if we don’t get the part?

No, due to the amount of applications it’s not feasible. We will make an announcement video with our casting choices.

Are you deciding once all auditions are in or are you casting one at a time?

Both. We are narrowing down candidates and paying mindful eye to how their voices sound alongside one another

What is your stance on generative AI?

We have no intention of utilizing generative AI in the creation of Bunderkin. Our primary goal is to empower artists and we believe that for art to truly resonate it requires a unique, human touch that technology can't replicate

How often are characters revealed?

We’re revealing one character a week.

Why only reveal one character a week?

We’re a small studio and we have limited time to prepare the audition video every week.

Are there any more female characters?

There’s only two female characters in the pilot, this is because it largely focuses on Beedee and Catthew. However, as the series progresses, we'll be introducing more female characters. We can't wait for you to meet them!
